At GMT we work to make therapy accessible, convenient, and a little fun - and further, we are committed to creating programs that support the community. 

Accessible - We've expanded our services to include a Graduate Internship Program, allowing for us to now offer affordable online therapy in New Jersey.

Convenient - Finances shouldn’t determine your ability to receive mental health care, nor should it determine the quality of care that you receive. Our Graduate Internship Programs allow for affordable online therapy at a more convenient price.

Fun - Each of our student interns are under the supervision of Heather Rafanello, MSW, LCSW, and often observe many of our licensed team members, allowing them to receive exceptional support and learn to hone their clinical skills - in a human and fun way, of course.

Reduced-fee therapy ≠ Reduced quality 

Each of our licensed therapists went through rigorous graduate programs, multiple internships, hours of supervision, and multiple state board exams. At GMT, we believe What Grows Around Comes Around - and to honor this mission we're working to pay forward our supervision experience through the creation of our Graduate Internship Program. 

What to expect when working with a Graduate Intern: 

Interns are provided with regular supervision, trainings and support from licensed and experienced therapists helping them to learn the tools and skills to serve our clients with effective, evidenced based therapy. We take very seriously our responsibility to train the next generation of therapists entering the field.
